Rabbi Jackie Brodsky has been leading synagogue tours to Israel since 1990. The two most recent tours (which were in partnership with Temple Emek Shalom in Ashland) took place in the spring of 2015, with 37 participants, and over Hanukah in 2017 with 27 travelers. It is our wish to continue these tours every 2-3 years or so. The tours are usually 11 days and 12 nights and are generally priced very reasonably. We encourage travelers from 8 to 80-ish to join us who are able to do a moderate amount of hiking, and we often have people of other faiths travel with us as well. We focus on many of the amazing aspects of our land: history, religions, diversity of the people, food and wine, Torah study, charity projects, environmental concerns, technological innovations, social and political structures and more! We utilize several excellent Israeli speakers in addition to our amazing guide and driver who all bring their passionate knowledge and love of Israel to add to our experiences.
